Piercing mill:
Mannesmann type piercing mill, Cone type piercing mill in vertical or horizontal type
Tube rolling mill:
A-R tube rolling mill, Assel tube rolling mill, Automatic tube rolling mill, Micro-tension tube rolling mill line

Roll type or chain type tube cooling bed
Off line straightening machine with charge/discharge roll conveyer.

Piercing mill:
This mill line is used for piercing with steel solid carbon steel bar, SS bar to hollow tube, to next process for cold drawing or cold rolling.
Main units are front V groove stand, main piercing machine, motor, reducer, transfer case, mandrel bar holding carriage, centering roll stands, electric control equipment, pneumatic system, hydraulic system etc.
Billet size OD43~235mm
Hollow shell size OD43~235mm
Billet diameter: φ42~φ280mm; Billet length: 800~2600mm;
Hollow shell length: 2000~9500mm;
