Hydraulic test machine

We can supply different hydraulic test machine for diameter, test pressure.

The machine is for testing pipe holding pressure with static water fed in a pipe.

For big diameter pipe, over 4 inch diameter, normally single piece test, under 4 inch to half inch, the machine with 2 or 3 working position in one time.
For different application, they are divided in lower pressure test, high pressure test to conform with API standard.

Large diameter test machine?
Composed double head stocks, main beam, pipe support device, pipe charge/discharge device and table both side of machine, hydraulic system, water charge system with quick water pump in and high pressure booster unit, electric control equipment etc.
Test diameter range: OD114mm~3000mm.
Pipe length: 6~12m
For test different pipe length, one tail stock can movable.
For special application, can supply record device and marking unit.
Medium: water or emulsion.
Test pressure: fix or adjustable.

The pressure range: 1--21MPa.
Test time: can be preset.

Small diameter test machine
Composed test heads installed opposite, pipe charge/discharge table, walking beam device to shift pipes, water charge fast and pressure keep device.
For special application, can supply record device and marking unit.
Multi- working position to charge pipes.
Pipe length: 6~12m
Pipe sizes: 1/2”~4”

The pressure: 1--36 MPa. Max. For lower pressure.? For high pressure: Max. 70MPa.
