This cut-to-length line is used to cut the HR or CR steel coil into required length. It is full automatic controlled by PLC.

Slitting machine
This slitting line is used for cutting wide coil to strips which as forming pipe strips or other purpose.
Thickness 0.5~20mm
Coil width: 900~1500, 2000, 2300mm
Strips numbers: depend on different slit machine offer separate.
Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum
Slitting disc cutter material: 6CrW2Si or H13
Hardness: HRC 55~60
Materials to slit: stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum et.
Slitting speed: 0~80m/Min. for light thin strips, 0~20M/Min. for heavy strips.
Driving type: Pulling type slitting, Driving type.
The process flow:
Coil charging→ de-coiling→ pinch feeding and leveling→ vertical roller→ end cutting→
vertical roller→ rotary disc shear→ waste edge winding→ loop→ pinch feeding→ stretch
rollers→ recoiling→ coil discharging

Slitting line composition:
Coil charge carriage, De-coiling machine, Cross shearing machine, Disc type shear, Waste edges rewinding devices, Loop of pit type or bridge type Strips tension device, , Re-winding machine, Coils discharge device, Hydraulic system, Electric control system etc.
