The features of pillars in cold roll forming process: high strength, light structure, water proof good, durability, reuse, significant environmental effect, less take solid and use concrete in construction and protect land source etc. the pillars usage are more widely used in warehousing, river construction, dock construction fields etc. like a permanent structure for dock and temporary structure for mountain, river water interception; protect flood and anti-collapse in fight a flood and deal with an emergency.
The pillar section divided into three types, they are U, Z, straight types, and the U type is the most widely used. Now the thickness 14mm pillars are produced in cold roll forming process.

Strip thickness：6—14mm
Running speed of mill line ：8---10m/min
The pillar section produced on cold roll forming mill line is adopted continue rolling type, the process as below:
