Working flow:

Hydraulic un-coiler with coil car —Loop pit with table—Leveler and feeder-- servo feeding --hydraulic 3 station punching—Loop pit with table--Roll forming— servo operated flying hydraulic cutting—run out table with stacking system. Line drawing to be given separately. Line direction will be confirmed by buyer in due course.

Character of main structure

The structure is very strong and the appearance of the machine is beautiful because we adopt the H beam base with cast steel station for roll forming system

All the components of machine are from brand-famous enterprise so that they ensure the machine normal function very effectively.

We adopt the automatic length-fixed forming and cutting to guarantee the length to be precise and the finished product clear without deforming.

It is very easy to install the equipment and suitable for producing in the factory.
