ERW High-frequency welded straight seam pipe mill line

The pipe mill line is used to weld pipe while pipe strip is forming to round cylinder or other square or rectangle pipe with high frequency welding equipment (Solid type or vacuum tube type welding equipment ), all line from strip slit to pipe finished is automatically controlled and computer control to flaying saw machine or milling machine or flame cutting machine to cut pipe length required.

Main equipment including:
De-coiler, peeling table, butt welding table, spiral or cage type or cage type accumulator (Loop), forming/sizing zone DC motor driving or AC frequency convert driving, solid state high frequency welding equipment, digital or computer controlled flying saw machine of DC motor, speed regulation system, AC frequency convert system, roller conveyer to collection pipes, pipe bundling machine, electric control equipment.

Round pipe and square and rectangular pipe: φ10~610mm,
Pipe wall thickness: 0.3~19mm
Mill line welding speed: 0~80M/Min.
Welding equipment:? High frequency induction or resistance welding equipment of solid state welding equipment for heavy wall thickness pipes.

Process flow:
De-coiler→ Pinching & leveling →Shearing and butt welding → Pinching →Casing type loop or Spiral loop→ Driven pinching → Forming→ H F Welding→ Water cooling→ Sizing(→Turks-head for making square or rectangular pipe) → Fly saw → Straightening→ Collecting→ Bundling
