Pipe expanding machine
This machine is using for expanding large sized spiral pipe one end that connect pipe to insert end to another in lay pipe line, is installed off line in finishing zone as an auxiliary machine.
Main divided into pipe charge/discharge table at the machine both side or single piece lift in/out, main expanding head of the machine which set a single position, pipe holding devices, electric control system, hydraulic system etc.
Main power supplied by a hydraulic station in high pressure of hydraulic system.
Expanding shoes internal pipe are high alloy steel of wear resistance.
